[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC daily update

Accelerator status:  
One of our two transformers is working, cavities are cool. Two new transformers are ordered and will arrive during the weekend. Then they will be installed, tested. Then the South Linac need to be cooled down from 4k to 2k... So at least  ONE MORE WEEK beam down from now.

Hall Status:
Hall in restricted access. Target is warm, HRS margnets are cold and no current. Bill Gunning noticed that the raster air conditioner is not working. The raster magnet current is off (raster power supply is working). Jessie will send someone to repair it.

Shift:
Carlos Ayerbe passed RC to Shujie Li. Thanks him for the great job!
All shift before Tuesday (March 13th) day shift are cancelled. Tuesday day shift to Wednesday day shift are stand-by.
