[Halla_running] [New Logentry] RC Update: No work on the beam line vacuum issue over night

RC Update
Unfortunately the vacuum issue in the beam line was not able to be completely addressed during the SWING and beginning of OWL shifts. For this reason, it has been decided by the PD and others to postpone further work until the morning, when there will be additional support.
As it stands, they will need to access the Beam Switchyard (BSY) to continue working on the vacuum, which will require additional RADCON support. Work in BSY will cause some disruption of beam delivery to halls B and C. This work would be best done during DAY when additional support (expert and RADCON) is available. 

In good news, the Turbo pump that tripped, was brought back up by Jessie. Additionally, Jessie and Jack were able to address the LCW leak in the BigBite power supply.

Hall A will stay in controlled access during OWL shift and no opportunistic work in Hall A has be cleared with the RC. Please contact the RC before performing any work in Hall A
