[Halla_running] [EXTERNAL] RC Update February 12th

We have still been running continuous production on He3. The target,
Fringe, is still performing exceptionally well at ~53% polarization in beam
and we have collected 1.4C in the last 24 hours. Unfortunately the beam
continued to degrade overnight. Around 11 pm MC dropped form 45 uA and
eventually settled on 30 uA until 8 am with many trips,

some investigations they found that it is an RF issue but they are having
trouble getting RF experts available so currently they have decided to run
lower current until tomorrow when more people are available,

run 10 uA to hall A and 10 uA to hall C without excessive trips.

Ongoing issues:
We are still waiting for a down time to fix the dead blocks in BBCal.
Jiwan will access the hall at the next opportunity to power cycle the crate

There are no major issues in the hall and we are mostly waiting for better
beam quality so we will not have an RC meeting today. Feel free to contact
