We still don't have a solid timeline for beam in hall A (as per my previous email), and there aren't any big updates today that I'm aware of.

Let's still meet this afternoon so that anyone who did some work today can give an update. Considering that there aren't too many people in the hall or in the counting house today, I'll be running the meeting remotely.
