[Halla_running] Small Update on Hall A Dump Repair

Hi all,

I got a short update on the dump repair this morning. It sounds like they
are ready to deploy new alarms on Monday, but the water cleanup is still a
work in progress. They have steps in place, but safely cleaning up that
much contamination takes time. Unfortunately, the auxiliary pump was not
turned on yesterday, which also adds time to getting the system running
again.

I know that people would like to go into controlled, but without a clear
date on beam, I will not be pushing too hard for that. I was told that I
might get an actual date for beam on Monday. We'll see. I think we can make
a more reasonable plan for the hall once we have a date.

Furthermore, the Wein angle will be set on Monday to 45.7 degrees. This is
optimized for Halls B and C. Once Hall A is back online, the angle will be
reoptimized. There will also be a pass change for Hall C happening during
Monday day shift.

Thank you all for your continued patience.
