[Hallb-engineering] Micro strip plate

Has anyone seen the mounting plate for the Micro strip detectors. No one 
remembers if it left the hall or not. It came to the hall already put 
together. It could be in the EEL. We have searched the hall and are now 
looking in the storage building.
