The Torus is now on COLD RETURN and the Helium Reservoir is filling.
The tune of the Solenoid should be more stable and tolerant of glitches from ESR/CHL and other Halls, and with the Torus on line we will not have as much shaking from it on the Solenoid and the Heat Load from the ESMTL and the DBX will be shared by the Torus, Buffer  Dewar and Solenoid. 

If needed I will do additional tuning tomorrow so we can power the Solenoid Monday.
