[Hallc] [New Logentry] Beam off tomorrow at 7 am

There will be no beam starting with 7 am tomorrow morning so an access can be made to investigate sources for the beam loss. The work in the accelerator takes priority over the RadCon support for Halls access. It is unclear at this point how long this down will be. 

The TO for tomorrow day shift should come on shift as usual.

The shift leader and the 3rd are on standby (please send me - simona at jlab.org - a phone number where you could be reached in case your presence in the counting house is needed).
