[Hallc_running] update on Hall C shift schedule. More beam time!

Accelerator has asked that the halls to maintain shifts during the
weekend of Fri Dec 1st until  Mon Dec 4th when beam will start.
The hall will be locked up on Fri Dec 1st for swing shift.
The shift schedule has been modified to allow people to
sign up for shifts. We will just need a shift leader and target 
person. The target will just be the solid targets for the weekend. 
If things go well, we hope in the weekend to establish beam, check the
SHMS fringe field effects on the beam and calibrate the beam
ion chambers. 

The beam schedule has added days to extend the beam in December
until Thursday Dec 21st at 8am. The shift schedule has been
modified to allow people to sign up for shifts.

The week before beam, preparation meetings will be held
on Tuesday (Nov 28th), Wed, Thurs and Fri in L210A
at 3pm ( on Wed it will be in F224). 

When the experiment starts on Dec 4th, a daily meeting
will be held in room on the 2nd floor of the counting house
at 1pm.

There are still shift openings in December so please sign up!

Only two weeks until beam in Hall C !
