A mixed bag of updates today. HMS Q3 power supply issues cost us ~4 hours of beam. We also have ~1 hour or so of data from this morning that isn't exactly what we want (a prescale value was raised rather than the beam current being lowered).

Regardless, we've made progress still and we've finished the Q2 = 1.6, W=3.08 high epsilon LEFT setting. As I type this, we've just rotated into the central (SHMS = 8.26) setting. If things go well, we should be able to move onto the right (SHMS = 6.26) setting during the day shift on Saturday. Over the weekend, the plan is pretty straightforward - get through as many physics settings as we can. Some notices -

- The plan is to rotate to 6.26 Saturday morning at around 09:00
- After running at this angle until ~Monday, we will switch polarity, we'll see how much this gets disrupted by the Hall D work
- We're hoping to do a BCM calibration on Sunday in the day shift

And some shift worker announcements

- Please do NOT adjust the coin prescaler (PS5), keep it at 0, if rates are too high, ask for a lower current
- Double check that the EDTM values on the prescale GUI agree with each other, I have added the number of EDTM events to the def.cuts file for the 50k replays, they will appear as in the screenshot attached after the 50k finishes. If the fraction of EDTM events is >10%, check the EDTM is as you expect on the prescale GUI.
- Try to keep CODA files at 3 million events or below. Run for a total of 1 hour, or until you get 3m events, whichever comes first.
- cdaql1 seems to be a little overloaded with running processes, try and use cdaql2/3 where possible
