[Hallc_running] [Revised Logentry] Due to accelerator down, Hall C Leader shifts canceled till Monday Swing (4pm, Sep 27), TO shifts remains

Dear Collaborators, 

I was informed by the PD of the latest situation on the accelerator: everyone is waiting for the replacement of critical parts (breakers) to resume the beam. This will not happen during the weekend. The full detail of the breaker issue is elaborated in:  https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3912655

Considering the current situation and projected downtime, I am calling to cancel all Hall C Leader shifts till Monday Swing (4 pm, Sep 27).  Please note that all TO shifts remain unchanged, the target operator are expected to fill BTA during the shift.

The most accurate assessment of the current situation could only be made on Monday morning. I will send out the latest the updates around that time. 
Let's hope we will be back and running very soon.
