[Hallc_running] [New Logentry] Hall C Status Update and Mantainance Day on Monday

Dear Collaborators, 

This is to give you a quick update on the current Hall C status and outlook for the next two days.

Current status: no beam; the target is being observed by TO; all spectrometer ramped to zero; leader shifts canceled until Monday swing. At Q2=6GeV left setting, we currently collected around 3300 pions (32% of the statistics with 52% of the charge), which implies the Monday SHMS rotation to 5.5 degrees is postponed to a later date. Currently, we are waiting for more information from the accelerator to make a decision on whether to go to the 3/4 pass operation.

Accelerator: status will be clear on Monday at the 8:00 am meeting or soon after that. I will keep you updated. Depending on the situation, we may switch to a 3 or 4 pass operation. 

We have decided to have a maintenance day tomorrow to address some of the outstanding issues, see log entry: https://logbooks.jlab.org/entry/3912704, relevant parties will be contacted to perform these tasks. 

Please also note that we will NOT have a 10:00 am meeting and will have an early afternoon meeting at 1:00 pm (tentitive) instead.
