[Halld-cal] proposal for FCAL beamtest in Hall B

Dear all,

I have placed the current proposal that IU has been working on
for a beamtest in Hall B during the November 2011 run at:

Comments, questions, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
We are hoping to send this out soon to the people at Hall B who
are responsible for the fall run.

The goals for the beamtest are outlined (working with the final
hardware setup, making sure that the resolution is what we expect,
and comparing results to GEANT simulations). Also included is a
list of electronics necessary for this beamtest which may be
of interest.
