[Halld-cal] BCAL beam test Executive Summary

Hi Elton:

the picture below is in the proposal's body.  The large footprint 
perpendicular to the beam is due to the red stabilizer bars.  If those 
get in the way we can move them or adjust them.  The rest is pretty narrow.

The 0-55 degree means horizontal (parallel to floor) and 55 w.r.t. 
floor.  In the proposal I explain what this implies vis a vis the 
electron trajectories.  I will take this out from the Exec Summary and 
refer to the electrons instead.

Thanks for the tips.  I'll get them incorporated in a couple of hours or 
less.
