My note concerns the maximum dose rate  around the CPS.

we find that the maximum "PROMPT DOSE EQUIVALENT" is ~200 rem/hr. This
quantity includes biological effects.
>From Fig.17 of the same document we read "PROMPT DOSE" of 10 rad/hr.
which does not include biological effects.
