[Halld-jlab] Hall-D Open House Volunteer Signup

Dear All,

   It is time to start signing up volunteers to man Hall-D during the 
JLab Open house on May 19th. Based on our experience last time, we would 
like to have Engineers/Designers, and Technicians around in addition to 
the Physicists. There is always a wide variety of people coming through 
the open house with an equally wide variety of interests and questions. 
As such, I would like to broaden our range of expertise this year. It is 
also a lot of fun being able to explain your work to people who have a 
genuine interest and fascination with it!

   I've had them create a set of 2.5 hour time slots that people can 
sign up for at the web page below. You are welcome to sign up for more 
than one slot. The slots overlap some by design so if you wish to work a 
straight 4.5 hour shift, just sign up for two shifts that overlap by 
half an hour. All volunteers will get a free T-shirt.

  Not all time slots have to be filled, but I would like to try and have 
at least 2 Technicians and 2 Engineer/Designers at any point in time if 
possible. We should have 3 physicists at all times.

If you signed up previously, you will need to re-sign up since the 
database was cleared to accommodate the new time slot structure.
