[Halld-jlab] Tasks in the hall

Hi all,

If you plan to conduct any tests (electronics, DAQ, Trigger) in the hall 
while installation is on-going, please provide the following:

1) Task Description
2) Priority - Must (provide reason why?) or Desirable
3) Schedule (start-finish dates).

AC power is not yet available on the racks. Once wiring is complete, do 
not power any of the crates or chassis under any circumstances until I 
perform safety inspections.
