  Hall D Staff Meeting, April 15, 2019

Present: Eugene Chudakov (chair), Mark Dalton, Alexandre Deur, Hovanes 
Egiyan, Sergey Furletov, Mark Ito, David Lawrence, Lubomir Pentchev, 
Patrizia Rossi, Elton Smith, Simon Taylor, Beni Zihlmann


    Timesheet (Eugene)

  * All of us (Mark I. in particular) must have a hours split 75% ops,
    25% research.
  * Easiest to fill in time every day. Avoids difficulty if in the
    future there is an audit.
  * If work must be done outside core hours (10 am to 3 pm) please
    notify Eugene.


    Work During Down Period (Eugene)

  * We will run GlueX at high intensity in November
  * Projects to complete before then:
      o install second half of DIRC
      o rebuild inner region of the TOF
      o develop bases for FCAL insert
      o work on gas system, start using gas analyzer, check for green
        gunk (reported by Lubomir, Beni)
      o beef up support system for CompCal


    Physics Analysis (Eugene)

  * we should continue work on these
  * current topics undergoing review:
     1. J/ψ
     2. K^+ Σ
     3. Δ^++ π^−
     4. η/η′
