    Hall Status, Tim

  * alarm on solenoid mass flow: due to planned maintenance by Cryo group
  * communications alarm on BCAL chiller (which is off)
  * walk-through guys noticed AC was off in Hall, crane operator
    probably opened roll-up door
  * there is a video tour of Hall in the logbook


    Plans for Opening, Eugene

  * May 26 tentative target date
  * online training will be required to be on-site
  * daily health certification likely
  * PHE cannot be used once person has arrived on-site for work
  * Plans for the technical staff, Tim
      o 2 crews, alternate every two days or 2 people per week and ramp up
      o first week, bring up cooling
      o second week, turn on electronics, get systems going
      o Fernando: Nick Sandoval and Chris Stanislav may run into the PHE
        charging rule
  * online training will address social distancing, personally-supplied
    cloth face masks, lab-supplied PPE for close-to-others work


    Personnel, Eugene

  * Alex Austregesilo situation still not resolved
  * Beni has named to task force for detectors for EIC
      o address building, installation, maintenance in the experimental hall
      o budget for this and other EIC work exists


    Collaboration Meeting, Eugene

  * Successful, useful long conversation during afternoons
  * physics analyses have progressed
  * PWA has progressed


    ERR for SRC

  * review passed
  * attractive option for Lab because it can run at less than the
    highest energies
