[Halld-level1] TS crate for CDC/FDC

Hi Alex,

For completeness I would like to keep the Level 1 Fiber optic port map 
accurate.  I noticed that the pdf file that is at your wiki link has 
entries at the bottom of the page that are not assigned. (or maybe they 
are not aligned on the page)  I do understand that you would like to 
keep a record of the port map also and your table shows the roc names 
which is something I am not tracking on the physical fiber map page.   
This roc port map is nice and I would like to two maps tables to agree. 
   We should also add the table for the 3rd trigger crate now, because 
there may be other connections added in the near future that will need 
to be tracked and documented.

Changes are inevitable but DO NOT alter the trunk line connections in 
any of the FO patch panels.

I will post an updated Trigger FO port map to the L1 meeting page soon 
to reflect your recent changes.
