[Halld-offline] Offline Software talks at the Collaboration Meeting

Folks,

Curtis has given us some extra time for offline issues. Seems he was 
holding a session in reserve in case folks (like us) needed it and it 
looks like we do.

Here is a hack at an agenda. It is also on the wiki at

I have not contacted any of the speakers directly, and I put down talk 
titles off the top of my head; there may be significant re-adjustment 
needed.
