[Halld-offline] hdgeant comparison

Hi Offliners,

I've made some comparisons of the standard monitoring histograms between
using classic hdgeant and hdgeant4, and put the results in the following
logbook entry:

There a lot of information to go through, but feel free to take a look if
you are interested.

I've identified a couple problems, and will be reporting any specific
problems to the hdgeant4 github issue list, as we previously decided.
