Dear Colleagues,

As discussed in the Production & Analysis meeting on Wednesday, we are on
track for having completed initial "acceptable" calibrations for the data
from this past run period on Monday, at which point we will run a new
monitoring launch.

Since we have a large amount of data, and a large number of monitoring
plots to check, any extra help in this effort is appreciated (and thanks to
those who have already volunteered!). I'll send a follow-up message to the
Offline list with some suggestions on how to organize this work.

To make the job more manageable, we'll split the data into two parts, along
the line of the low and high trigger rate (30 vs. 50 kHz) data taking
periods. We'll aim for the following milestones:

- Fri. April 7 - Finalize calibrations/software for low-rate running. Run
final tests.
- Fri. April 14 - Start production for low-rate running.
- Fri. April 21 - Finalize calibrations/software for high-rate running. Run
final tests.
- Fri. April 28 - Start production for high-rate running.

The current calibration/reconstruction checklist is at:
https://halldweb.jlab.org/wiki/index.php/Calibration_Dashboard#ver01_Recon_Checklist
'
Although we expect some of these calibrations to be stable over the run,
we'll want to make sure that we have solid evidence of this before we start
production. We'll monitor progress on this work at the Wednesday Analysis &
Production meetings, and continue the discussion of details either offline
or in the individual detector working groups.

if you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please let me, Paul,
and/or Justin know.

Regards,
Sean, for the Data Production Team
