[Halld-offline] Path to Production of 2017 Data

Dear all,
As mentioned in my previous email, it looks like we have enough people
working on calibrations, but it will help a lot to have more eyes looking
at the monitoring data (in addition to the calibration experts) after this
next monitoring run to help identify potential problems with the
calibration or reconstruction.
Here is a suggested list of different categories to start out with, to
ensure that we have some reasonable level of reconstruction:
- BCAL/FCAL Timing
- ST/TOF Timing
- Tagger Timing
- BCAL Reconstruction
- FCAL Reconstruction
- ST/TOF Reconstruction
- Tracking Reconstruction
- Track/hit Matching
It will also be helpful to look at how higher-level analyses perform with
this data (e.g. rho and omega production).
Please let me know if you're willing to take charge of one of these areas.
I'll put this list on a wiki page as well.
