[Halld-offline] Moving offline meeting time to Fri. 10 am

Folks,

I would like to propose moving the time of the offline software meeting 
from Wednesdays at 11 am to Fridays at 10 am. We would continue to meet 
every other week. This change is motivated by the habit of university 
professors insisting on teaching their assigned classes rather than 
attending software meetings. ;-)

Let me know if you have an opinion, one way or the other.
