[Halld-offline] Moving offline meeting time to Fri. 10 am

Folks,

I've not heard any objections to this move, so the new meeting time is 
10 am, every other Friday, starting on January 26.

I have made the changes to the Zimbra calendar and the GlueX 
Collaboration calendar (on Google).
