[Halld-offline] Advanced support versions, bug fixes, and a new version set: 5.0.1

Folks,

Recall that we dropped back to using version set 4.46.0 
<https://mailman.jlab.org/pipermail/halld-offline/2021-September/008649.html> 
as the default a week ago. There were two problems with version set 
5.0.0 <https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_5.0.0.xml>:

 1. Bug in the build procedure for geant4 and hdgeant4 in build_scripts
    <https://github.com/JeffersonLab/HDGeant4/issues/198>.
 2. Library loading in the batch script for running DSelectors in
    hd_utilities/launch_scripts.
    <https://github.com/JeffersonLab/hd_utilities/pull/172>

The first came with the upgrade of Geant4 to 10.04.p02 and the second 
came with the upgrade of ROOT to 6.24.04.

Both have been fixed and there is a new version set with the fixes, 
5.0.1 <https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_5.0.1.xml>, now 
available at JLab. All code in all packages is the same as 5.0.0 except 
that hd_utilities has been upgraded to fix problem (2). Problem (1) was 
fixed by rebuilding the extant versions geant4 and hdgeant4 with a new 
version of build scripts, 2.24 
<https://github.com/JeffersonLab/build_scripts/releases/tag/2.24>. This 
version of build scripts was installed at JLab yesterday.

I am going to go ahead and make 5.0.1 the default version set at JLab at 
midnight. This in the name of progress.
