[Halld-offline] New version set: 5.2.2

Folks,

There is a new version set built at the Lab now, version set 5.2.2 
<https://halldweb.jlab.org/halld_versions/version_5.2.2.xml>. It will 
replace 5.2.0 at midnight tonight. There should be no functional 
changes; only the build mechanics for Diracxx have changed.
