[Halld-offline] "gluex" account: change of default shell

Folks,

At my request, the default shell for the user = gluex account at JLab 
has been changed from /bin/tcsh to /bin/bash. If you do not log in at 
JLab as gluex, then this affects you not at all. Find info on the gluex 
account here
