[Halld-online] Problems with use of the "halld" account

Hi Elliott,

   Since UID=500 is the default for Linux systems, I would suggest NOT 
using
this for the CUE system. I think it may just lead to problems later on when
something similar inevitably happens. I would vote for option 2.
