[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch 2025-01 ver13

Hi, all.

I am working on the ECAL library to see if I can find issues with the shower timing. Based on the recent change to HDGeant4 I already need to add a light propagation correction to the reconstruction.

On more issue that Simon pointed out to me.
The ECAL timing is way off for all runs. It is around 6.6ns
this is so far off that it barely fits into the monitoring histogram.
I looked at two separate histograms and both yield the same result
of a big offset:
"HLDetectorTiming/Physics Triggers/TRACKING/ECAL - RF Time
and:
Independent/Hist_Neutrals/ECALNeutralShowerDeltaTVsE

At this point I have no idea why the ECAL is so off.

Hi All,
there are two runs where something did not go as planed.
132705 and 133564, both these runs have hardly any statistics in the root files (at least the histogram
I was looking at). However, both these runs are are over 1h long and have plenty of triggers.

cheers,

Dear Colleagues,

We completed another full monitoring launch for the 2025-01 GlueX-II data set. We successfully reconstructed 5 files for all 1197 runs with the RCDB query "@is_dirc_production and status!=0", for the first time with the correct material maps.

The usual monitoring plots can be found on the new PlotBrowser page:

https://halldweb.jlab.org/PlotGrader/browser_dev.html?minRunNum=131593&maxRunNum=133606&RunPeriod=RunPeriod-2025-01&Version=mon_ver13<https://halldweb.jlab.org/PlotGrader/browser_dev.html?minRunNum=131593&maxRunNum=133606&RunPeriod=RunPeriod-2025-01&Version=mon_ver12>

All merged histogram files can be found on the work disk at:
/work/halld/data_monitoring/RunPeriod-2025-01/mon_ver13/rootfiles/

The REST files, trigger skims and several root trees, including PART trees for pi0, rho, omega and KLambda, are saved on cache:
/cache/halld/offline_monitoring/RunPeriod-2025-01/ver13/

Best regards,

Alex
