[Halld-physics] Monitoring Launch 2025-01 ver13

Hi Beni,

Thanks for checking this out. The ECAL offsets were corrected after this
monitoring launch and some spot checks show good alignment after that. So
the next monitoring launch should show better results. Hopefully the
effects that Simon is looking at will be smaller scale.
