[Halld-pid-upgrade] FDIRC Working Meetings

Hi Matt and Curtis,

We have the FDC meetings on Thursdays 1:30-3:00pm every week. I don't mind 
moving the cluster counting to the tracking meeting since this is the 
place where we discuss all the gas detectors. Then you can use the PID 
upgrade meetings for DIRC only.
