[Halld-pid] GlueX Start Counter Meeting, Thu. Nov. 18, 3:30 pm, F326

We will meet to discuss the start counter at 3:30 today, Thursday, 
November 18 at 3:30 pm. I moved the meeting back to 3:30 to insure that 
we do not conflict with the 1:30 pm FDC meeting.

Also we will not have ESNET for this meeting. Please use the phone. I 
will try to set up EVO, though no guarantees on that.
