Hi all,
I would like to clarify here one point about shipping of equipment away
from the lab.
If there is a contract with a contract number in place between jlab and
an institution
then there is no problem to send whatever is needed for the
construction/testing of
the detector to that institution to fulfil the contract.
If however there exists only a MOU between the lab and an institution
and the lab wants
to send some equipment to that institution then DOE approval is required.
cheers,
Beni
