[Halld-tagger] beamline motors in Hall D

Hi, Hovanes,
I would like to add that we also have the following in the Microscope:
- 3 SciFi counter alignment motors (linear)
- 1 pulser carriage motor (linear) i.e. for transporting pulsing spot
light to all fiber columns during calibration.
