Hi,
I suggest that JLab procures the electronics and mounts the SiPMs.
JLab will test the SiPMs and the boards for the SiPMs, before
mounting. The latter test will be very basic, providing the power and
electrical input signals and checking the output signals. The
populated boards (and the other boards) will be sent to UConn for
testing.
