[Halld-tagger] reminder: photon beam wg mtg today at 11:30 DST

Dear colleagues,

Today is a big day for the photon beam, with the possibility of seeing a
radiator in the electron beam for the first time before the end of the day.
In spite of that, I would like to ask that we get together briefly and
discuss any issues related to the run plan, and any other beam-related news
at the regular time. The meeting will be kept short (~1/2 hour) for those
who need to be focused on getting ready for beam. An agenda will be posted
shortly
