[Halld] Hall D: standby shifts extended to 4pm

Dear Collaborators,

There will be an access at 11am to try to seal the vacuum leak in the RF separator. Regardless the outcome of the access, it is unlikely we will have beam until the swing shift. Consequently, today's standby shifts are extended to 4pm (Tuesday, 03/27). I will send an update regarding repairs and shifts before 4pm today.
