[Halld] Hall D: standby shifts extended to Wednesday 9am

Dear Collaborators,

The attempt to seal the vacuum leak in the RF separator does not seem to be too successful. This, together with a fire alarm in the south linac (still being investigated) is precluding reasonable chances to have beam in Hall D tonight. Consequently, the standby shifts are extended to Wednesday, 03/28, 9am (Tuesday, 03/27). 

The hope is that the vacuum will improve enough tonight to enable the use of the separator. If it is not the case, there will a discussion at MCC tomorrow morning on what else can be done before deciding to take out the cavity for repair, which would signify an extended down time for Hall D.
