[Halld] Run Coordinator Summary: Oct 24 - 30

Dear Collaborators,

I am very sorry for my delayed RC summary of the week Oct 24 - 30:

i) Data taking went smoothly over 74h ABU  and ~10.5E9 events have been collected. 

ii) Major progress  has been achieved for the CompCal installation.
