[Halld] Updated Translation Table

Hello David,
What is this thing you call "the SQLite DB"? I know of a SQLite export of
the CCDB, and I have heard of a SQLite export of RCDB that might be
possible. Is this a third SQLite DB?
It sounds like you are describing a re-formatting of the TT xml file
contents as a relational database table, and then exporting this table to
SQLite? I have never heard of or worked with this relDB rendering of the TT
document. As someone who updates the TT record in ccdb from time to time,
it sounds like I need to know what you are talking about here. The xml
document is the only thing I have ever worked with. Is there a HOWTO on
this?
