Hi Erez,

Here’s the read-only link that requires no log in. They will need to have a log in to sign up for a shift:

Hi Holly,

Can we also post a shift calendar for people with no JLAB account? I am trying to recruit help from people in my group and it will be easier

Thanks

Hi all,

I just confirmed that anyone with a JLab account can sign up for shifts on our sign-up page:
https://misportal.jlab.org/mis/apps/physics/shiftSchedule/index.cfm?experimentRunId=HALLD-SRCCT

By my math, we have 390 shifts and 32 people who have said they could take a shift = 12+ shifts per person (not even including taking an additional week of RC for some!).

My proposal is that we circulate the shift sign up to everyone we can to allow people to start signing up. My only question before we do this is-how should I modify the sign up sheet to make it look similar to the hours/shifts/etc that PrimEx will use? Can I add on there that the “Worker” shift is remote, and we can change this later if needed?

I will e-mail the RCs separately to confirm that they are good with the week they are listed for before we circulate.

Thanks,
Holly
