[Hybrid baryons] PAC44 submission form

Dear Dan,

the only minor thing is the Forward Tagger, sometimes you have FT,
sometimes Tagger, and under detectors both. 1-200nA is a very large range,
if we want to keep it, we might want to motivate it (accidentals, find
optimal current ...).
