[Isotope-prod] Experiment in the injector

Kevin had purchased a reasonably big jar of natural gallium. We should
still have the irradiated targets for re-use; all residual activities in
them are expected to be negligible by now. We should keep the current
limit as it was before, to make the approval process easier. For the
beam time estimate it would be good to hear from VCU about the range of
Cu-67 activity that is best for their studies, and see if we can make it
(including shipping arrangements). Better knowledge of beam energy and
position is important. I would consider a request for the line
modification if needed to make these measurements reliable.

Best regards,
Pavel
