[Jlab_cc] PARTS MUST GO THROUGH THE RECEIVING DEPARTMENT

Good afternoon everyone,

I just spoke with Christian Whalen, our Property Manager, who informed me that not all Pcard purchases are going through the Receiving department.  Parts being delivered direct to the individual or being picked up by that person, should ALWAYS be taken to  Receiving to be logged in.  Not doing so is a violation of the PCard Policy and can result in lost Pcard privileges.
Please use your card responsibly and respect the process for all who come in contact with the items ordered.
