[Moller] MOLLER Task Tracking Bluejeans Meeting - Wednesday March 28, 1 - 5 PM EDT - Announcement and Draft Agenda

Dear MOLLER collaborator,

As we discussed at the closeout (see attached) of the January 
collaboration meeting, we wanted to have a March Bluejeans meeting to 
review progress on our MOLLER task list.  We have scheduled this for 
next Wednesday March 28 from 1 pm to 5 pm US EDT.

A revised version of the MOLLER task list is attached.  At this meeting, 
we want to hear updates on the progress on items on this task list, and 
we would like the "task owners" to provide input for the "Estimated 
Completion Date" column that is currently empty. Making progress on this 
list continues to be important as we anticipate the possibility of a CD1 
review in our future.

Information about the Bluejeans link will be sent out early next week.

A draft agenda is below.  For subsystems where there are multiple "task 
owners", we are asking the person with the * beside their name to 
coordinate if there is just one talk or if the speaking duties are 
spread among more than one speaker.   Please also comment on whether the 
timeslot is one that the speaker(s) is available during and whether the 
time allocated needs adjustment.

1:00 - 1:15: Intro/General: KK
1:15 - 2:00: Simulation: Rakitha*/Dustin/Seamus/Ciprian/Wouter
2:00 - 2:15:  General/Beam Monitoring: Mark
2:15 - 2:30: Polarized Beam: Kent
2:30 - 2:45: Target: Silviu
2:45 - 3:00: Pions: David
3:00 - 3:30: Spectrometer: Juliette
3:30 - 4:00: Detectors: Michael*/Dustin/KK
4:00 - no later than 5:00: Contingency time and further discussion if needed
