Hi folks,
It is time to get things sorted for the January review (Independent Project Review (IPR) by the Office of Project Assessment (OPA).

  * Presentations: I have changed the titles of all of the Director’s Review presentations [to not say Director’s] and posted them here<https://jeffersonlab.sharepoint.com/:f:/r/sites/MOLLER/Shared%20Documents/REVIEW%20DRAFT%20MATERIALS/2023%20IPR%20(annual%20status%20and%20CD-3a)/Presentations?csf=1&web=1&e=sfjURf>.
     * If you do not want to change any slides just let me know and I will PDF and post. Please download these PPTX for your records
     * If you want to update your slides, please start from copy in above folder and put updated files in the above folder.
     * SLIDES WILL GET POSTED DECEMBER 22 SO PLEASE COMPLETE UPDATES BY DECEMBER 20
  * Review Agenda is being worked with OPA. Draft is HERE.<https://jeffersonlab.sharepoint.com/:u:/r/sites/MOLLER/SitePages/MOLLER-2022Status-CD-3a-IPR-Agenda.aspx?csf=1&web=1&e=uNWCxg>
     * Note that all of the plenary talks come on the first day and parallel sessions on day 2 (at request of OPA)
     * OPA has requested more breaks (no more than 1.5 hrs between breaks) and we must abide
     * Some talks need to get shortened to fit this schedule (and times are still being adjusted) so be aware your talk time may be reduced
  * The main web page is going to essentially be a copy of the Director’s Review page. Draft is here<https://jeffersonlab.sharepoint.com/:u:/r/sites/MOLLER/SitePages/MOLLER-2023Status-CD-3A-IPR.aspx?csf=1&web=1&e=EEcu7p>.
     * ALL FINAL MATERIALS WILL GET POSTED DECEMBER 22. There will be no exceptions and no editing after posting.
  * It is expected that speakers will all be at JLab unless you have a very compelling reason to not travel
     * Generally, speakers should attend the first day to see how the review is going, what questions have been asked etc.
     * Everyone must be available for responding to questions the first night – another reason not to be travelling that day
     * There is a hard stop at noon on Day 3 so you can plan travel accordingly and depart at a reasonable hour

If you have any questions about logistics, please let me know.

Jim
