[Mott] thickness measurement draft

Hi all - I have uploaded my draft of the summary of the FESEM thickness measurements and the results to the dropbox folder. If people would like to begin looking it over, I'd appreciate any comments or suggestions that would make it more clear how the measurements were made and how the uncertainties in the measurements were handled.
