[Mott] Exploration of Sensitivity to Choice of Cuts

Attached is four files -- 

1) The one pdf, Sensitivity to Choice of Cuts, is a write-up explaining how sensitivity to choice of cuts about our nominal ToF and Energy cuts was explored. Further fleshed-out Run II and *new* Run I results are presented. How we arrive at values for systematic uncertainties to Asymmetry and Rate due to choice of cuts, and the affect of the additional systematic uncertainties on final AvT and AvR fits is explored in more detail. 

2) Appendix.zip contains .gif images of final AvT and AvR plots from Run I and II, along with plots of residuals for each of the three Pade fits, for each percent change in cuts box from 0 - 30%. 

3) Excel spreadsheet RunI+RunII_Bubble+Grid_Asymmetry+Rate.xlsx contains the raw data grids for Runs I and II, Asymmetry and Rate, that the .pdf is based on. It also contains individual sheets for RunI/II Asym/Rate bubble graphs and tables of standard deviations of ratios derived from the grids. 

4) Excel spreadsheet RunI+RunII_AvT_AvR_FitParameters.xlsx contains tables showing how AvT and AvR fit parameters changed as different percent change in cuts boxes were chosen, for both Runs I and II. 

These files are also available on the wiki at https://wiki.jlab.org/ciswiki/index.php/Analysis_Campaigns . 

The PDF explains the approach and presents results, and will hopefully clear up verbiage-rooted confusion. Whether to incorporate the results in the final data is the question.
